The SQ lounge is often overcrowded before SQ flights depart, and I have normally found the AC lounge to be quieter, with more seats offering a window view. The UA lounge is the best of the three at the B gates, definitely. The Plaza Premium Priority Pass lounge (for those that have access) at the A gates is not bad either, though not all drinks are free.
