How likely is availability on the earlier tours for walk ups?

-> We receive the reservation via on-line and off-line in half. But it is "first come, first served" basis so please come to the main desk as soon as possible.

Or should we check at the tour desk in the transit area on the 2nd floor? Can we still get back through immigration from the transit area for a transit tour?

-> You can check with the tour desk on the 2nd floor, but the registation is at the main desk on the first floor. If you are on the 3rd floor,

you need to come to our support desk near gate 25 or 29 to go through the immigration.

On immigration form – should I write TRANSIT TOUR to exit?

-> Please write transit tour for the address in Korea.

Will our carry-on luggage be safe on the tour bus?

-> You can bring your baggage to the tour bus with you.

If there is not enough space for the baggage in the bus, you can also leave your baggage at our main desk during the transit tour. (No charge, only for transit tour passengers
