Yes, I had a newly hired but “mature” FA on a flight in F and she was clearly still getting use to the service. I’ve been flying with AS for 25 years and the quality of FA service has generally been good, but there have always been some crew members who acted indifferent. I guess I just don’t see a clear decline in the quality of cabin service, at least on mainline AS, although I haven’t been flying much this past year.
