Actually OZ's minimum connection time I-I is 70 minutes.

Because the schedule change is more than 30 minutes, UA will allow a free change to the award. That will be subject to award availability on other flights however, and UA cannot open award space on partners.

I would add that 75 minutes is historically more than sufficient at ICN. Not sure how addition of the new terminal may affect transit times though.
