Hi All - extension to this question..

I have a return ticket: MNL-IST-BOG-IST-MNL and have put in a 2 day layover on the return leg in Istanbul (in order to get my bags out and not fly to MNL).
Assume it would be no issue if i have a visa to go through immigration, get my bags and then go back to depatures and head straight back in and board my next flight, (skipping the final IST-MNL leg), if my next flight was a different airline...

My question however, is if I've booked my next flight on a separate itinerary from IST to LHR with TK; is there the possibility that I will have trouble going through immigration then trying to check straight back into TK to fly to London, committing a no-show on the final leg of my ticket due to depart 2 days later? Could their systems talk to eachother and figure out I will be a no-show since I'm boarding another flight?

Thanks in advance.
