I wonder if the deal fell through, the pages for both hotels are already gone, though the nonexistent pages still show up on Google as Hilton Cairo Heliopolis and Heliopolis Towers Hotel.
There was a Sheraton Heliopolis announced a month or two ago as well, and people suggested it was also going to be the former Fairmont, which was once a Sheraton years ago.
I wonder which brand they will eventually settle on, Google shows them unbranded right now as the Heliopolis Hotel and Heliopolis Towers Hotel.
