You are entitled to your opinion. Personally I think it’s a great policy and at the end of the day if your not bothered about which seat you get you can save a lot of money offering people who probably couldn’t afford a ticket with seat selection included an opportunity to fly in Club. Whilst QR might not charge they are usually more expensive negating the free seat selection cost.
