BA has cancelled this service twice in the last week. Prob due to the weather at JFK on the first instance, but today (Tuesday 9th) I am still waiting to see if BA.Source website explains why in due course. I am due to fly on the 10th and back on the 15th and am assuming that if either services are cancelled all I am entitled to is the rebooking and possibly the National Express between airports of LHR and LGW? My car will be parked at LGW. Any EU261 reg comp due or does it depend on the specific circumstance? If I accept a rebooking have I forfeited my chance to submit any EU261 claim?
