Pakistan's currency is currently going through a devaluation against the dollar (it went from around 100pkr to 113 pkr to dollar, and there are widespread rumors of the govt eventually wanting to make it go till atleast 120 pkr to dollar), so i suspect such low fares will be common for the next few months.
