I'll bet AZ thought he could demand a higher price per night here than he really could. Azerai is not Aman and cannot demand the price premium that the latter can. Wouldn't surprise me if the owner demanded lower rates and AZ refused.

Wonder if the new hotel in Can Tho will meet a similar fate. $250++ entry rate for a small room in Can Tho seems a bit on the high side.
