Indeed BA did operate a BRS lounge upstairs but it closed in 2003 IIRC. The Aspire lounge is upstairs at BRS and is actually quite nice, also offering an Aspire plus section. As far as I am aware there is no facility for BA customers to access this without paying the relevant charges.
