I think the answer is yes, but would like confirmation if possible:

I'm flying Cathay F (booked w/ AS miles if relevant) HKG-ORD, I haven't booked my final segment to IAH but am debating UA or AA (UA schedule is better). If I book a UA flight back to IAH would I have access to the Flagship F lounge based on my HKG-ORD flight?
