x4 bonus points not posting?
My last 2 stays both in Pullman hotels (Dongguan and Hong Kong) and booked towards the end of November for some reason has not posted. I have rung Accor hotline they said they would look into it but now its 1 week later and yet nothing on my account has happened? Could I expect this to take months? The first time I called the hotline the lady wanted to tell me I already had been given the bonus points but I kept trying to tell her those bonus points was from a previous stay even earlier on. At the end she said she would email me as it was not clear she told me.. but no email from her..
