I agree...I’d not be comfortable with just an hour. On a recent flight from door open to transit counter was 30 minutes (remote stand, delay in stairs, delay in bus). I’ve also struck delays at transit counter when 5 elderly folk in wheelchairs were siphoned through there. All that said, the process itself is very straightforward and having staff there to assist is great. They usually seem to choose staff with reasonable English skills. I presume there are several flights to SIN later in the day. The assistant will take her to the CZ lounge. The food doesn’t do much for me, but the seating upstairs is comfortable, the showers are very good and I have found the staff obliging.
