It’s so variable from time of year, location, special events etc. but knowing an average seems to be not so helpful in terms of planning. So I’m going to invite the OP to explain a bit further what this number might mean, and how he or she might use it.
The benefit of knowing this number would be the have a base for deciding if a room is a good value for a stay. Again, I know it depends on location, and other factors. However, by having this starting point you can figure out if the current point pricing is above or below par.
