A silly follow up question, as I have never contacted Hilton customer service. What is the best way to do this? I find a support request/customer support area on the website where I can enter a message, but this allows too few characters to explain. I really dislike having to call and explain myself to someone as I miss things vs. clearly laying out what I want to say in written format. Plus, I dislike the wait, or having to make instantaneous decisions when they come up. I will appreciate a pointer or email address to write to. TIA.
