Just don't know where to stay when we land to start? I originally was 100% at the Sheraton Imperial.........then changed my mind and found the Le Meridien Putrajaya that looked new and relaxing. At the start of the trip we land late Saturday night so only have Sunday before we our out again on Monday. We want a club lounge and such and this Le Meridien also looked like there was some eating establishments at the near mall and maybe a little area to just walk around and such.
...now I found the new Sheraton Petaling Jaya that really seems to interest me? It looks new and very nice; club lounge and a decent pool with a view. I'm leaning towards this place now? Is it easy access to/fro the airport - Anybody stay there as I am interested in the Club Lounge? If we simply don't relax at the pool here on Sunday is there any areas to go for a walk and get a little bit of the culture - any places outside of the hotel walking distance to have a bite or a beer?
Any feedback on the above hotels would be appreciated! Thanks.
The Imperial has a pretty good lounge and several restaurants/bars in the hotel, plus it overlooks a street filled with restaurants and bars. The pool isn't huge, but it's surrounded by tropical plants and you can easily find shade.
