I like The Guesthouse Vienna, a Design Hotel affiliate. Great location, generally fair prices. Next to the Albertina and very close to the State Opera House. Short walk, about 10 minutes, to Stephansplatz, 10 minute walk to the Marriott, which would be a good choice too.
