Similar issue for me - aadvantage redemption on AA then QF metal, nil 'print receipt' button after locating the record and LukasVIE's URL copy/paste trick didn't work. Successfully used nerdbirds amadeus taiwan link in the wiki to generate the receipt.

Cheers nerdbirds and wiki contributors - though if LukasVIE's trick no longer works (and others can confirm this) suggest removing it from the wiki.
