Depending on who your clients are, it may not matter. Some don't bother to look and so long as you are not violating a contract restriction, won't care. Others may simply eyeball your travel costs and if they are out of line with what they expect, do a deep dive. Others may use a vendor to do that deep dive anyway. Either to determine whether restrictions are warranted or whether they are getting a good deal.
Clients who think they are getting sc*e*ed and then learn that they are getting sc*ew*ed, tend to end the relationship. On the other hand, if you are that important to the client, perhaps it will spring for F anyway !
