This is definitely a new thing from AA. I've used skype to contact them for many years from my laptop and I've never had caller ID set. I didn't even know you could set caller ID, as it's not in the skype settings itself, but has to be done by logging in on the web site.

I've now set it (to my google voice number) and calling AA works again.
