That's nonsense. I rent all the time from LGA for my local rentals without flying in; I take mass transit out to pick up my cars. I know there's quite a few other members on this forum that do similarly for their areas. I think [MENTION=103960]AutoSlash[/MENTION]'s thought that it is because this is your first rental to be more likely.
