You won't have access to the PP lounges in T2. You would need a boarding pass for a flight departing from T2 which you won't have.

The only PP lounge in T1 is, I believe, landside. After visiting the lounge, you'd have to go through security. (No more passport control as the flight FRA-SVQ is a Schengen flight which means--essentially--no border controls.)

EDIT: Considering your layover is that long, it may be worth paying for LH lounge access or a day room at the Sheraton or Hilton hotels.

EDIT2: Access to the LH Welcome lounge for PE pax is 50€. The Welcome lounge is landside as well.
