​​​​​​Service and executive lounge are a league above many others. Very warm welcome at front desk. Executive lounge huge and quiet, great decor, and food spread beats North American standard.

I am currently staying in the hotel too! Checking out today. Phenomenal staff, amazing lounge. No snotty & over demanding guests, quality food. Best exec lounge I've experienced so far in North America. I was able to see the two bedroom suite where Oprah and David Foster stayed. Very cool.
