Yesterday: BBQ mahi-mahi with a homemade mustard teriyaki sauce, green beans, and the same corn bread muffins as above.
Tonight something I've never tried on the BBQ: Grilled bell peppers stuffed with black beans, Spanish rice, cheese, and fresno and jalapeņo peppers.
It's 80 degrees right now so I'm going to grill while watching what the weather is doing in the rest of the country on TV
