Finally.............all in order on both app and web! Re-qualified Plat for 2018 through status pts (all leisure). Not sure whether this was due to email sent to CS on 4 Jan.

Was getting slightly anxious as have a pile of Accor bookings in Asia coming up starting in 10 days and "card" was showing 12/2017 expiry.

I still think this is pretty poor for a world-wide operation that has a loyalty scheme based on a calendar year and it takes up to a week for its systems to sort out and update correctly!

Having said that, Accor is my "go to" hotel group when travelling in Asia/Australasia. Over the last 3-4 yrs have been to Accor hotels in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Bali, Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane. Not forgetting Heathrow and Gatwick
Sofitel when possible, otherwise Pullman.
