Booked family room (highest category, they apparently only have one), received - obviously - just that.

How are the rooms?
Spacious 35 sqm room with twin beds and two couches that can be converted into beds.
Non-renovated bathroom.

How is the exec. lounge?
No lounge, deluxe rooms and up do include 1 hour happy hour (free flow of drinks) at the hotel restaurant.

What was good and what was bad?
Great location (main reason to stay at this hotel)
Friendly staff
Good value for a spacious room

Value for € or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Prices can be dirt cheap and the hotel is excellent value. Sapporo is probably my one of my favorite cities in Japan, would also return to the HI anytime.
