unclear what rate options eleven experience offers as they do not have anything on their own website, only some on mr & mrs smith.
At Deplar Farm a set menu is offered every night though of course they are happy to cater for dietary requirements. It didn't seem a problem to serve us dinner privately though the hotel is small there aren't many private areas. They do however have a separate lodge called the Ghost Farm which is gorgeous log cabin around ten minutes from the main property. We went there for a glass of wine but I don't know what the arrangements are for meals or staying there (there is a small bedroom for two) and if you need to pay extra.
I'm sure they'd do their best to accommodate some form of room service but the rooms are small and there is no dining table.
I have not stayed at any other Eleven Experience properties though I do love the look of Crested Butte.
We paid $3000 a night and stayed three nights. I guess you could say this was steep given the room size and shared activities / dining but we honestly left having fallen in love with the property and the beautiful country. I would return in a heart beat.
