There's no hold short line on 33L for the 27 intersection because it is not far enough down the runway for them to issue land-and-hold-short instructions to runway 33L arrivals. With no lines, and the angle at which runway 27 crosses 33L, the 737 probably stopped closer to the runway than the tower controller wanted. The Captain would be taxiing and he's on the side where runway 27 looks farther away due to the angle.
