I looked at booking Icelandair through the Citi Prestige Rewards and the only way I could tell it was the economy lite was seeing the fare was $249 which I know was the advertised deal and could not book the 299 basic economy fair. Phone call to Citi said they couldn't book the $299 so I had to book direct with Icelandair. Citi did credit me points for my inconvience and inability to use their points
