Coincidentally I've ordered one of these already, long story short, now have 2 types one can be inflated to have 1, 2 or 3 compartments inflated, the other is a simple cushion exactly like your link. If these work then really the airlines should carry a few on every flight and inflate it for people that need them.
Yes, they could make additional revenue selling them! But I imagine people would say they were making the seating so bad you HAD to pay extra to make it comfortable! hahaha!
