I think you're exaggerating a bit. I admit that no-questions-asked on the cost side is good, but that's fairly typical for Hyatt in my experience. Back in the summer, I found the service to be quite slow, hard to get coffee refills, etc. and the food was nothing special - certainly nothing like brekkie at any number of Park Hyatts...
