I wouldn't class the Qantas suite as excellent, just ok . It could do with improvements just to bring it up to EK's old 1st suite or EY's suite. A long way to go before reaching something like EK's new 1st suites
In the era when it was created (over a decade ago) the QF F suite was superior to the EK F suite and on par with the SQ F suite (the only 3 airlines with A380 F suites at the time).... it had a great design combining privacy with an open cabin. But some mistakes (such as the lack of an F/J bar and the pitiful palmin off of the first aid area as a "lounge". It is overdue for a refresh, though EK has also been late at resoonding to competition; the new EK F suite is fabulous, but how many planes will have it in 2018? Not many more than QF
