2. click the huge red link "Find Post Offices"
3. Fill in requested information
4. Click on post office locations on the map (with the letter icons)
5. Click on the name of the post office
6. see opening hours

If you use the Japanese version of the website, you can specify the day and hours you want to visit as part of the search, and it will show only locations that are open.
