I still confuse about BA reward flight or LATAM include checked beg or not. My brazil flight IGU-SDU is light fare and I'm OK to pay R$50 for first checked bag.
But the another LATAM flight for this trip CJC-PUQ (also BA reward flight) is hand baggage only fare so I tried to buy the first checked bag online but the price is not the same that state on the LATAM website. I added 1 beg and it cost CLP 19.990 so It's a price of second bag. The first checked bag state on website is CLP 9.990. I tried many times on different browser and problem still exists. Then I contacted with LATAM via twitter about the price. They said; "we suggest you try the purchase process again or use a different browser. If the problem continues, it will be necessary to make the purchase of the baggage directly at the airport." I don't expect the answer like that from LATAM. They try to push me to pay more money.
