Delta’s Comfort+ seats on international flights are not equivalent to Premium Economy; they have slightly more recline and leg room but are not wider than regular economy seats. Delta’s Premium Select seats, available on some flights to Asia (not elsewhere yet, as far as I know), are wider and more comparable to Premium Economy. On domestic flights C+ seats have more leg room than regular economy but not more recline.
