It could be that someone is ahead of you on the waitlist ... happens rarely, but I wouldn't worry. In certain scenarios, for example where someone is ahead of you on the waitlist and their ticket is out of sync, no upgrades are processed until that ticket is resolved so no one is jumped out of order. Your chances are excellent this far out.
