Sure it's being used and looked at. But most of us don't bother with this insurance. The only time I've dealt with it was when I accidentally selected it. I must admit that it's easier nowadays to have them reverse such mistakes. Still, it's annoying to have to do so.

ur particular case, Alianz sends a PDF file with your policy. I'd read that to see what to do. A phone call to Alianz couldn't hurt. I'm sure the remedy will involve a note from a doctor...
