I would give LATAM a ring and ask them.
As others said there's been a recent introduction of Light fares in Brazil so it's unclear what that means to redemption tickets (my last redemption is GRU-EZE, here luggage is still included).
There's a fair chance luggage would still be included (similarly to when I redeem my Avios on AA or BA) but best to check directly with LATAM.
