Icelandair & Priceline baggage allowance discrepancy
So I purchased a IAD-KEF-CDG on Priceline.com back in October 2017. Priceline's website and baggage information for Icelandair showed that economy passengers were entitled to one checked bag. When PL issued the ticket, they issued in N booking class. I contacted Icelandair to get seats assigned and Icelandair states that the ticket is in their new Economy Lite fare which means zero checked bags. I called PL and they tell me that since baggage policies are subject to change, they will not do anything. To this day, PL's website shows that all economy passengers are entitled to one bag. I escalated an issue with PL's management and the agent tells me that they've had issues with Virgin Atlantic as well. I haven't heard back from PL and it's already been three days. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can possibly do? Thank you!!
