After my post here, I was contacted by someone at the property. I checked in again today and got the same room 23X where the Shower Curtain previously had a biological experiment, this today the showe curtain has been replaced and I found the bathroom much cleaner!!!

It is good to see that some properties have employees who monitor this board like the Starwood Lurker and take remedial action. ^ ^ ^
