normally; anecdotally I’ve seen more people thinking they need to book through its FF airline to get benefits than codeshares being cheaper*.
*exceptions being the JV revenue share agreements where it doesn’t matter. For BA/QR, that relationship is not as strong or defined and for the JV agreements only applies to/from LHR.
