Read about 25+ threads don’t see an answer. This page needs a better wiki.

So United lost our $250 stroller. At this point it is gone. I’m sure they’ll reimburse us for the cost but we ended up doing our vacation with no stroller because of this. 10+ phone calls, etc..

Does UA offer any compensation for this beyond reimbursement? What should I expect an Ecert?
