your account got hacked, but this is by no means systemic. Most likely,
you failed to keep
your account information secure. "Guantanamo" hyperbole notwithstanding, I suggest you change your passwords (on both AAdvantage and any other account where you use similar usernames/passwords) and give AA all the info they need to confirm the breach and restore your miles.
