I recently attempted to log into my American Airlines Account and was denied access. After over an hour of being bounced around the different customer services areas, I went through an authentication process that would have made the interrogators at Guantanamo proud. Evidently American Airlines has been hacked - "Loyalty" accounts emptied. American has not provided any additional information - check your accounts and let friends know they need to check as well, is AA trying to keep this quiet?
