It's right up the Soi from Phrom Phong BTS (behind the Emporium). Another Marriott and a couple of Hilton properties and several condos on that Soi already. It's a nice area dominated by the Emporium complex.
Just tell the taxi driver Sukhumvit Soi 24 near Emporium
I added HP Bangkok Sukhumvit to the map in my sig.
