I had by far my highest RA numbers ever in 2017 -- over 100 QNs and over $22k USD Qspend, but since the people who run this program are apparently clueless, I have cancelled my January stays while they figure out my staus. The is pathetic. Glad I kept Hyatt as a backup.
Renewed today. Still not staying with IHG until February 15 at the earliest. All stays until then will be with Fairmont and Hyatt.
