What is really getting me today is that I asked them to apply and SWU. They claimed to have applied it, but didn't. So I reply and ask them to check. Twitter agents replies that they have doubled checked it and we are all good to go. I wait a few hours, nothing showing up on app or website. Reply again to them and they finally admit they didn't actually apply it. Hm... why would they claim to have doubled checked and told me it was ok? Strange ... but ok. In any case, still ongoing trouble with a simple SWU application. Twitter agents still claiming to have applied it, but now the upgrade status is missing completely from the reservation. Twitter agents give canned replies that they are sorry about the missing information, but nothing more.
Of course with the travel advisory the phone hold times are very long. Will have to call back later after the weekend to see if I can get a competent phone agent to work things out.
