Generally, Comfort+ seats do not have more width than economy seats. Unless the middle seat is empty, you wouldn't have more lateral shoulder space. Spacing C+ seats farther apart on narrowbodies isn't much of an option due to the already narrow aisle.
However, if you are on the A319 (as opposed to a 737), you will have slightly more seat width anyway.
Thanks for the quick clarification! I guess I was expecting it to be more of a "premium economy" product, where they drop a seat across or do some other sort of magic. Perhaps that's more of a widebody/international flight thing. I've been looking at a lot of international flights lately and have to reset my perspective to domestic aircraft.
