While I still appreciate the social media teams, I have to agree in some sort. The way they reply has changed and it seems like they're either under a lot of pressure and thus not able to fully read/understand the matter(s). Lately the have even claimed, that they could not apply a SWU via twitter (and no - it was not originating from an airport with a construction fee or something similar). Also, their wording has changed - no more greetings or such. Straightforward one liners, which often dismiss parts of the question asked.
So yeah - in overall a decline to what I have been used to.
